How many of you are overworked, overwhelmed, running around, busy, over-serving, working hard, exhausted and just plain tired? 

Most of us. 

What if I told you that you don’t have to live like this?

5 Ways to Balance Your Power and Femininity

Let me share with you some secrets about how I can be a corporate executive, while being the CEO and Founder of my company as an entrepreneur.  And while coaching women, having fun, and designing time for ME to do the things I love. 

AND being unapologetic in my authenticity as a woman who craves space and certain pleasures in her life. 

These are some of the steps I started to take in the beginning of my transformation for living a better life and living authentically as a woman, and a feminine and powerful one. 

I was DONE with sacrificing my feminine for the sake of success.  I wanted to live in truth, have more joy, freedom, flow and ease in my life.  So can you.

STEP 1:  REALIZE THAT YOU CAN HAVE IT ALL

You’ve done a great job of being successful, but at a cost. You’re burned out because you’re constantly “on” 24/7, DOing, and pushing through your exhaustion because you thought that was the only way to keep your success. The first step is become aware and recognize that you can be both successful and feminine.

You may hear people say that this is a lie, and you can’t have it all.  Well, I’m here to tell you otherwise and I’m walking proof.

STEP 2:  MAKE DECISIONS FROM YOUR FUTURE SELF

Imagine and really visualize who you really want to BE, and the life you really want to live and lead.  Then, from your future self, how would she act?  How would she think?  What would she do?  How would she feel?

Thinking from your future self, create a daily or weekly reminder in your phone to read it. Keeping this fresh in your mind will help you make decisions from your future self and what aligns with her. There is power in that: feminine power.

STEP 3:  DESIGN YOURSELF INTO YOUR DAY

This is more than time management – this is about the mindset shift that your time to recharge and connect to your femininity is a priority, not a luxury.  Why?  You’re worth it and take it seriously, trust me, your feminine craves this, so honor her.

When you’re setting time in your calendar for yourself, BE SPECIFIC with how you’re spending that time (on a walk, enjoying a glass of wine, etc.), and hold that appointment as seriously as you would a meeting at work.  Make it a private appointment if you need to, so others don’t “book over it”. 

STEP 4:  GET SUPPORT FROM SOMEONE WHO’S BEEN THERE & DONE THAT
