Limiting beliefs are the thoughts and beliefs we hold about ourselves that are not necessarily our truths. They hold us back, keep us small and stuck, and limit us from becoming who we are truly meant to be. They prohibit us from living the extraordinary life we are truly meant to live. They have served us as a protection, but when we learn how to ditch the old beliefs we hold to open up our possibility for our most potent, powerful potential, we can live and lead a more compelling life!
