I should… I should have… When we use this phrase, even often, it’s a negative thinking pattern that can cause anxiety, even stress and shame. Should has been known as shame and could. It can rip you off of joy in your life. When you become aware of this type of thinking, you become empowered and recognize how to choose new thoughts and abandon the old negative thinking.
