Women who embody their feminine power know how to be present in the moment. They know how to be in their senses, enjoy pleasure and connect with themselves and others.
When we learn how to really be present in the moment… And not living in the past or worrying about the future… we can get out of our heads and into our bodies, our hearts and our intuition. We have the opportunity to be present in our senses by smelling, seeing, feeling, hearing, tasting and touching.
This is being in our bodies. This is wellness. This is what’s been missing.
When we can slow down and connect in the moment with who or what is in front of you, we get to experience more of life in a richer, deeper way as a woman. And, we have the ability to really presence ourselves and be accessible to possibilities in our lives available to us.
Your inner awareness comes alive. Your innate power rises up and comes forth. This is when you can walk into a room and control it and not even say a word, because your power is very present, and you are presencing yourself.
You’re awakened, honor your truth because you’re in touch with it, feel from within, you can set boundaries and radiate your light living unapologetically as you speak your truths.
Learning how to be present in the moment creates wellness. When you can truly presence yourself, you open up your senses, slow down, connect with the moment with who or what is in front of you, and avoid worry and stress.
Life is made up of these moments and learning that living and being in the present moment offers rewards for a well lived life. And you’re a high value woman.
So, as you go forward this week, just pay attention to being in the moment. Remember it all starts with awareness. Look around, notice what you see, smell, hear. Put on some music you love, smell your coffee, delight in your beautiful outfit that you will put on yourself.
