I used to wake up exhausted, drowning in a 15+hour workday that left me feeling broken, angry, and frustrated – a shadow of who I wanted to be. But I strategized, intentionally redesigned my life, designed myself into my day, and created a new way of living.
And now, I want to inspire other women how they can reclaim, redesign, and revitalize their lives just like I did.
Balance isn’t a buzzword. It’s the way of honoring our essence as women, bringing us back to our highest vibration.
Today, I live a life that’s grounded, fulfilling, and -yes- joyful! Let me take you through a typical day (and my days are different, but here is one typical day for me)… one that feeds my soul, aligns with my purpose, and brings me into divine flow:
8:00 a.m.: Awaken with Intention
I rise gently, not to the screech of an alarm but to the soft invitation of the day. I stretch, breathe deeply, journal, and set my intentions. This morning ritual keeps me focused on my dreams, aligned with my values, and anchored in gratitude.
8:30 a.m.: Nourishing the Body
I blend a green goddess smoothie with superfoods, protein, and collagen, or sometimes savor oatmeal with a dash of cinnamon and peanut butter. I sip my tea or coffee on the lanai, basking in the morning light a view of the water and smell of ocean in the air with my cats, husband, and the quiet symphony of nature. This is pure, intentional, soulful nourishment.
9:15 a.m.: Moving the Energy
A woman’s body craves movement, especially as we evolve and mature. Whether it’s cycling, a swim, or gym time, I move to strengthen my body, clear my mind, and embrace my vitality.
10:00 a.m.: Empowering Women
Here’s where I light up… coaching women to break through and own their brilliance. I guide them to redefine their lives with the same passion and purpose I’ve cultivated in mine. This sacred work fuels me with boundless energy and joy.
12:30 p.m.: Mindful Refueling

1:00 p.m.: CEO Time
This is when I dive into my business: creating, strategizing, connecting, and empowering. From planning social media to newsletters with my team, I treat every piece of work as an expression of my purpose and power.
4:00 p.m.: Giving Back and Self-Care
Some days, I’m at the animal rescue, supporting precious souls in need. Other days, I indulge in self-care – whether it’s a mani-pedi, acupuncture, or a massage. I honor what my body and soul need, guilt-free.
6:00 p.m.: Connection & Joy
Evenings are for connection – maybe it’s a glass of wine with friends or cherished time with my husband. Or “me time”. Creativity and connection in the evening fill me with joy. Other times I connect with my own coach for some personal or business development or I may coach clients on some evenings.
9:00 p.m.: Evening Rituals
My nightly self-care is sacred. A warm sensual bath, meditation, reflection on my day, beauty rituals, or a heartfelt conversation and wrap up my day in peace, love, and gratitude. Other times I sit and watch the sunset before I start my self-care (depending on the time of the year and sunset time).
10:00 p.m.: Drifting into Rest
My sleep routine prepares me for another beautiful day ahead, setting intentions for rest, renewal, and vibrant energy. At times I may still wake up during the middle of the night because of hormones, or other things I begin to think about, but I’ve done a lot of work to balance my body and mind and use tools so I can drift back off into slumber.
