I call this Fierce Feminine Leadership. We can learn to harness this by embracing these questions with awareness and openness.

• Do you have a support system, such as a life coach, leadership coach, or mentor?

• Do you practice saying “NO,” and are you okay with it?

• Do you honor yourself and know yourself deeply? 

• Do you embody your feelings and know how to express yourself well? 

• Do you take exquisite self-care and listen to yourself and your body?

• Do you prioritize yourself first? And schedule yourself in your day first?

• Do you invest in yourself?

• Do you know how to communicate well?
